  1. Find your accommodation
    The search function in our home page lets you search for the perfect property. Find through availability finder the menu of available accommodation website.
  2. Booking request
    Once you have selected your apartment, we suggest that you make a request and fill the form to formalize it, setting number of people, dates, additional services and accepting the conditions.
  3. Booking answer
    As soon as we can, once received the request, we will replay it indicating whether the accommodation is available for the requested dates or offering alternatives otherwise.

    1. PricesOur prices includes the Taxes (Iva) for particular rentals, instead for corporate rentals Iva is not included. Please note that for corporate rentals you should ask before as not all the properties are able to issue a rental invoice.
  4. Payment
    To confirm the reservation we require 30% of the rental amount, the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the arrival date. We accept payments with credit card or bank transfer. After the booking payment, for monthly rentals, the regular rental payment shall be made 30 days before the beginning of the rental period. We take pride in the care we provide to our clients and we assist those who stay in our apartments for extended periods of time, offering a 5 % discount for reservations exceeding four months and a 10% discount for reservations exceeding twelve months. All reservations have a cleaning fee, depending on the apartment and the stay.Important: We accept payments with credit card or bank transfer. There is a 1% service surcharge for payments made with credit card, a 3% instead for Amex.
  5. Confirmation
    Once your initial or full payment has been received, we will send you an email with the following information: Your confirmation booking form and invoice: to be printed and showed upon arrival.
    Property voucher: includes all of the information you need to Check into the apartment you have booked. View sample contract.
  6. Checkin
    A member of our dedicated team will be on hand to welcome you personally upon your arrival to the apartment. To ensure the process goes smoothly, we kindly ask you to do the following:

    • Inform us of your estimated time of arrival and flight number previously
    • Upon arriving, contact our team member who will be waiting at the apartment to welcome you. Our representative will not go to the apartment until s/he has received your phone call

    When you arrive to the apartment, our representative will provide you with all of the relevant information about the property and its surrounding area. You will be asked to sign the rental contract and entry form, show your passport and your credit card and pay the security deposit. we will refund this deposit automatically within two/seven days of your departure, depending of your stay, provided the apartment has not suffered any damages. You will then be handed the keys to your new apartment in Madrid!
    We ask all of our clients to follow our apartment checkin Policy:

    • Checkin hours are between 3:00pm and 9:00pm.
    • If you would like to checkin before 3:00pm we will do our utmost to accommodate you; however, it is important that you inform us your plans in advance. If an earlier Checkin is not possible, you are more than welcome to leave your luggage in the apartment, go out and begin exploring Madrid and return to the apartment as of 3:00pm.
    • If you would like to Checkin after 9:00pm an additional fee of 30 Euros will be charged and on Sundays; any Checkin after 11:00pm will be charged 50 Euros.
  7. Checkout
    To ensure that everything goes smoothly, we kindly ask you to indicate your estimated time of departure beforehand sending us an email. We ask all our clients to follow our apartment Check Out Policy: On the day of your Check Out, you must vacate the apartment before 11:00am. We kindly ask that you inspect the apartment before leaving, dispose of any garbage, and leave the keys on the living room table. Our cleaning team will arrive at 11:00am to clean and to review the apartment inventory. If you would like to leave the apartment alter 11:00am we will do our utmost to accommodate your needs; however, it is important that you inform us your plans in advance. If a late departure cannot be arranged, you are more than welcome to leave your packed luggage in the apartment and return to pick up before 3:00pm. The security deposit will be returned automatically within two/seven days, provided the property has not suffered any damages.
