To the right there’s a fully equipped kitchen and a large bathroom in marble with bathtub and shower. To the left side of the apartment is located a spacious and quiet bedroom with a double queen sized bed (1,50 x 2,00m) with two windows over the courtyard and a wide closet.

Monthly Rates

1. Rentals from 1 to 3 months: €3,500/month
2. Rentals from 4 to 7 months: €3,300/month
3. Rentals from 8 to 11 months: €3,100/month
4. Rentals from +12 months: € 2,900/month
*5% service fee not included in the price.
Cleaning fee: €170/month (includes full cleaning and change of sheets and towels).
Utilities included (water, internet, and electricity up to €120/month).
