A few steps from the Retiro park, is perfect for exercise conscious clients and runners who want to keep training. A spacious and tastefully decorated apartment in one of Madrid’s most privileged areas, located on the first but high floor, the windows views over an interior and wide courtyard mean that the apartment is so quiet and the interior is flooded with natural light for much of the day.
